unclean room poor shower

the location was acceptable due to its proximity to shopping options.

my room was not properly cleaned. i found hairs in the bathroom. the shower was also not draining properly so it was difficult to shower without water overflowing.

Fantastic Stay!

friendly staff great air conditioning thorough service

The staff welcomed me with a smile, that was lovely. The room had great air conditioning, essential for the climate. I found the daily cleaning service very thorough. The hotel arranged transport to Bangkok, and the floating market tour was AMAZING!!!

The bar near the pool did not seem open, and that was a shame.
